Service Description

An EAL session focused on developing self‑awareness, regulation, and resilience after trauma. Through on‑the‑ground activities with the horses, participants explore safety, presence, and the integration of practical new patterns—without revisiting past events. 2 Hour Session - Best for individuals or groups of up to 4 participants. • Adults, Adolescents (Ages 12-20) 1 Hour Session • Children (Ages 7-12) For trauma‑impacted participants, session fees are fully waived.
