A gentle equine‑assisted learning session supporting new patterns of grounding and connection after trauma. Through mindful, on‑the‑ground activities, participants explore safety, presence, and regulation in the here and now—without revisiting past events. 2 Hour Session - Best for individuals or groups of up to 4 participants. • Adults, Adolescents (Ages 12-20) 1 Hour Session • Children (Ages 7-12) If cost creates a barrier, email before booking to explore available discount or support options.
